Announces Redemption of $100.0 Million of 11.25% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 GRAND CAYMAN, Cayman Islands, July 26, 2021 - Navios Maritime Holdings Inc. , a global seaborne shipping and logistics company, announced that on July 23, 2021, the Company completed the redemption of an aggregate principal amount of $100,000,000 of the 11.25% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 at a redemption price equal to 100.00% of the aggregate principal amount thereof, plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the redemption date.
